Aramasus

  • Location: Mid-Rim (Quadrant I)
  • Ruler: Nuruuodo

A moderately populated terran style world which had been an Old Republic colony for millennia before the rise of the Sith Empire. It is a large producer of rare agricultural goods and fertilizers. It also has thriving gem and diamond mines, but little else to offer the galaxy. Rich dense forests cover its surface, and diverse fauna abound. Normal Gravity. Five major continents, 45% land-mass. A thick, oxygen heavy (68%) atmosphere; not breathable by humans. Cities and settlements are required to have atmosphere filtering force field domes, or have enclosed hard-domes to provide localized breathable atmosphere (building regulation).

Three major Starports exist on the surface: Elwaen, Danvora, and Shen's Port. Danvora is the largest and the busiest. However, Shen's Port is the busiest in regards to illegitimate traffic. Aramasus is populated mainly by Humans, Woostoid, Bith, and Bothans.

A Jedi Temple exists on Aramasus, located in the wilderness near Shen's Port (6 hours by landspeeder). It was the last remaining satellite Temple to the main one on Coruscant during the Old Republic; and was the last active Temple in the galaxy up until around the time of the death of the Sith Empress Leda Meityllan.

    Austeron

  • Location: Inner Rim (Quadrant I, Corellian Trade Spine)
  • Ruler: Nuruuodo

Wet-terran world with high gravity. Chief export, heavy metals. Chief import, labor droids for mining. The Austeron economy is the basis for a production chain leading across five worlds. Austeron itself is mined by the Wheyga Mining & Processing Association, a worker-owned company which mines and processes the ores as well as running the shipyard in system (Detari Shipyards).

    Celes

    (Historical & cultural notes)

    Kaeltyr*

  • Location: Mid-Rim (Quadrant I)
  • Capital: Tyr Kael
  • Ruler: Nuruuodo

A terran style world with a cold and wet climate. Global Humidity Levels are nearly always between 80%-100%. Landmass = 30% of total surface area and is comprised mainly of archipelagos and isolated isles. Two large clusters of these archipelagos comprise what is the planet's closest thing to continents. Gravity: 1.15G, and a mainly nitrogen atmosphere (terran norms). Rich titanium, silver, and silicon deposits. Kaeltyr has 3 moons, all of which are captured planetoids.

Population mainly Gotal and Woostoid species, in the recent timeline there is a large Omwati colony on the surface. Corporate Presence: (Old Republic) Arden Mining Corporation; (Current) none.

    * Destroyed by Lord Kyn Tet Modon.

    Kelanore

  • Location: Outer Rim (Quadrant I, near Bakura)
  • Capital: Dydara
  • Ruler: Lord Daedon (former: Lord Fargorg)

A terran world of rolling plains, tall grasses, hills, and abundant canyons. Single continent comprising 40% of planetary land-mass. Normal Gravity and atmosphere (for a Human).

Populated by Vultans above ground, and Sullustans below in small settlements across the planet. The planet has little galactic value.

    Nar Dundo

  • Location: Hutt Space
  • Capital: Cedrekharon
  • Ruler: Hutts

An ecological nightmare due to over-industrialization by unscrupulous Hutt masters. The sky glows green at night and spits acid rain from the toxic ever-present clouds. Huge city-sprawls cover the surface. What little foliage remains is mostly dead or fungal, and the rivers and oceans are acid pools of death.

    Odevron Star Cluster

  • Location: Extra-galactic, roughly located past the Outer Rim in Quadrant III
  • Capital: Odeva
  • Ruler: Odevron Star Dominion

Comprised of 131 stars. Not much is known about these mysterious systems save they are home to the Odevron Star Dominion, headed by a strange race of aliens (the Odevron) who use vocal and phermonal means of communication. The capital is Odeva, a star system deep within the cluster.

Odeva III is the world actually housing the governmental buildings. It is a near-terran world with harsh storms and irregular seasons, but with normal gravity and a human-friendly atmospheric composition.

The OSD's claims to fame are the ability to produce androids, and the widespread use of disruptor weapons, even on their ships.

    Ortolean System

  • Location: Inner Rim (Quadrant II)
  • Ruler: Nuruuodo (former: Lord Halcyon)

Ortolea Prime was the capital world of the Ortolan Corporation, the parent corporation to Arden Mining Corp. It is a terran world of normal gravity, but is mostly paved over and covered by huge city-sprawls. Weather is controlled via satellite to produce only moderate rain and no storms.

Ortolea Prime was ruled by the Ortolan Corporation, which was in turn ruled by an Oligarchy; the leasing family/clan was the Durats. Ortolea Prime was populated almost exclusively by humans.

The Ortolean system played host to the Ortolea Shipyards, a small but profitable shipyard capable of outfitting almost any vessel with Stygian cloaking devices. The system was also rich in Stygian crystals until roughly 100 BBY, when the supply ran out.

    Vale

  • Location: Core Worlds (Quadrant I)
  • Capital: Arcite (Vale); Gedovat (Valis)
  • Ruler: Neruuodo

Government: federative republic (Vale); military occupation (Valis) Major Starports: Arcite, Luminous (Vale); Saiven (Valis, restricted access only) Population: 2.5 billion--73% human, 27% other (Vale); 385 million--5% human, 86% Idovoi, 9% other (Valis). (Inhabitants of Vale are Valan or--rarely--Valoi. Inhabitants of Valis are Valistian or--rarely--Valovoi.) Principal Trade: minerals, manufacturing (both for export). Vale is also a popular source for military/paramilitary recruitment. Environment: Vale is a colonized terran world well within normal parameters for comfortable human habitation, although pollution is widespread. While rich in metals and minerals, most major deposits have already been tapped out. Other notable features include a large number of mountain ranges and glacial formations. Many of the former are still growing; seismic activity is relatively frequent in certain areas. Precipitation is moderate, and on average the climate tends to be slightly cool and dry.

Valis, the larger of Vale's two moons, is extremely dry with a breathable but hypoxic atmosphere and pre-existing indigenous non-human population, the Idovoi. Like Vale, Valis' abundant mineral resources have become heavily depleted, and pollution is a concern here as well.

The smaller moon, Halion, has an extremely thin, inhospitable atmosphere and remains uninhabited. Profile: Initially settled by several small mining concerns, Vale was traditionally utilitarian in outlook and disinterested in galactic politics, remaining largely independent from the Republic. For most of its early history, Vale was more concerned with internal power struggles as its "founder" corporations dealt with the Idovoi and grew increasingly at odds with Vale's growing permanent population. Although Vale eventually became self-sufficient and established its own representative government, Valis remained a permanent protectorate; subsequent centuries of (somewhat) mutual prosperity appeared to smooth over any political tensions.

More recently, dwindling resource yields and a corresponding slump in industry have sent both Vale and Valis into a downward economic spiral. The situation sharpened about a century and a half ago, as accusations of corruption, exploitation, and ineffectual leadership resulted in political upheaval. Ryndi's ascension in 100 BBY presented a troubled government with a possible option for strong leadership, and Vale was complacently assimilated into the Sith Empire by 93 BBY. While ostensibly loyal to the current Emperor, Vale was more interested in the state of its economy, and quietly did business with various Sith factions.

The backing of the Empire temporarily helped reinforce the status quo but hollowed out the government, and civil unrest still grew among the dissatisfied Idovoi. Vale's planetary defense force was repeatedly dispatched to keep the population quiet, but in 2 BBY violence rapidly escalated into guerilla warfare. Massive deployments of troops failed to solve the problem, as the defense force was ill-matched to this type of situation, and Vale was forced to request more suitable Imperial backup. However, with the outbreak of the Sith Civil War, elite Imperial troops were needed elsewhere and Vale's requests were repeatedly put off. As of the present day, Valis is effectively cut off from the rest of the galaxy. Vale's defense force (with recent and token Imperial assistance) has declared an indefinite military occupation until "negotations" are completed. Tentative reports suggest that the occupation has been much more brutal than officially reported, but strict controls on information make it difficult to verify these claims.

    Xyn

  • Location: Inner Rim (Quadrant II)
  • Ruler: Nuruuodo

A former religious capitol of the Sith Empire of old, and then a barren rock in space after its sun went supernova. The old Massassi Temples still existed until the planet's destruction in 133 BBY. Since then the planet Xyn has become an asteroid field filled with the Dark Side of the Force. It lies within the Xyn Nebula created by its sun's supernova. The Nebula is an emissions nebula which obscures most types of sensors. It is very high (Level V) in radiation.

The rocks that were once the planet Xyn all serve as Dark Side strongpoints, and are capable of influencing the immediate area around them depending on their size (creating a Dark Side site around them). The asteroid field is an Extreme Dark Side Site.
